Ajumma Republic - Ssamjang Korean Seasoned Paste 500g

Ajumma Republic Ssamjang is a ready-to-use Korean seasoned paste combining savory, spicy and nutty elements. Built on a base of fermented soybean paste (doenjang) and chili paste (gochujang), it typically includes garlic, sesame, sesame oil, sugar or sweeteners, and other seasonings to create a thick, slightly coarse paste with bold umami and toasty sesame notes and a mild-to-moderate heat.

Common uses: as a dipping sauce for grilled meats and vegetables (especially for ssam — lettuce wraps), mixed into bibimbap or noodle dishes, used as a marinade or glaze, stirred into soups and stews for depth, or spread on sandwiches and bowls for extra flavor.

SOYBEAN paste 63,83% ( SOYBEANS, WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), salt, water), corn syrup, seasoning (red chilli powder 1,65%, water, salt, garlic 0,37%, onion), alcohol, garlic, flvour enhancer: E621, hydrolyzed WHEAT protein (GLUTEN). 

This product may contain traces of BARLEY and MUSTARD.

Store in a dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 1 month.
