USE: dilute 9g of powder in a liter of hot water and mix (if the color separates during cooling, heat slightly and mix). This solution for 10 ml contains 12,15 mg of E102 - 4,05 mg of E129-1,17mg of 122. Use a maximum of 10 ml of solution for each kg of prepared food. Follow these instructions to respect the concentration limits for food use required by law. Colour E102,E129,E122: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
