Cooking Direction: Deep-fry the thawed milkfish at 190°C for 1-2 minutes each side or until golden brown.
This product may still contain some fishbones.
Deep frozen product. Store at -18°C. Puncture plastic prior to thawing. Thaw in the refrigerator before use and once defrosted do not refreeze.
