Buenas — Sauteed Shrimp Paste (Ginisang Bagoong) Regular: a savory, umami-forward Filipino condiment made from sautéed fermented shrimp paste with garlic and aromatics. Bold, salty, and slightly sweet, it adds depth to dishes like kare-kare, sautéed vegetables, fried rice, grilled eggplant, and seafood; also served as a dipping accompaniment to green mango or fresh vegetables. Note: White spots due to re-crytallization of salt and sugar may appear during atmospheric changes, this does not affect the good quality of the product. To remove spots, shake well.
