Mama Sita’s Adobo Mix 50g

Mama Sita’s Adobo Mix is a flavorful Filipino seasoning mix used to prepare traditional adobo dishes. It typically contains a blend of spices, vinegar, soy sauce powder, garlic, pepper, and other aromatic ingredients that impart the characteristic tangy and savory taste of Filipino adobo. This convenient mix simplifies the cooking process, allowing you to create authentic Filipino-style adobo with ease by just adding your choice of meat and some common kitchen ingredients.

INGREDIENTS: garlic powder, cane sugar, salt, flavour enhancer: E621, acidity regulator: E330, black pepper, colour: E150a.
 
This product may contain traces of gluten, crustaceans, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, celery and molluscs.
 
Preparation: (8 servings)
Dissolve Mama Sita´s Savory (Adobo). Mix in 250 ml water. Pour mixture over 1kg cubed meat. Marinate for 15 minutes. Remove meat from marinade and pan fry in hot oil until edges turn golden brown. Pour in the marinade and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer until meat is tender and sauce has thickened. Add water as needed.
 
Store in a dry place.
