TOCINO RECIPE (Makes 4-5 servings)

To marinate: Place 1,1 lbs (1/2 kg) meat, cut into 1/4" thick slices and sprinkle with 1 pouch 75g Mama Sitas Marinating Tocino Mix. Mix well. Marinate at least one hour or can keep in a covered container inside the freezer for a month.

To cook the easy way: Pan fry in a small amount of cooking oil or grill or bake in low heat bastling frequently with the remaining marinade. Serve hot.

Traditional way: In a wok, cook marinade meat in enough amout of water to cover the meat. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer until water dries up and meat starts to sizzle. Increase the heat and cook until meat has a shiny reddish-brown color. Serve.
