It has a tangy, garlicky profile with a pronounced spicy kick and a slightly thick, pourable consistency. Commonly used as a dipping sauce for roasted pork (lechon), grilled meats, fried dishes, and as a condiment to add heat and tang to everyday meals. 

INGREDIENTS: Water, cane sugar, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, sugar, palm oil), cane vinegar, salt, hydrolyzed WHEAT protein, onion, garlic, pepper, preservative E211.
