Mooijer Surimi Crab Sticks are a ready-to-use seafood product made from finely processed white fish, shaped and flavored to resemble crab meat. Often referred to as imitation crab, surimi has a mild, slightly sweet seafood taste and a soft, fibrous texture that mimics real crab. 

These crab sticks are versatile and convenient, commonly used in dishes such as sushi rolls, salads, sandwiches, and cold appetizers. They can be eaten straight from the package or lightly heated, making them suitable for quick meal preparation.

FISH meat 36%*, Nemipterus spp., sugar, stabilizers: E450iii, E451i, caught with trawls in FAO zone 51), water, corn starch, humectant E420, sugar, salt, SOY bean oil, Japanese rice wine, CRAB extract, CRAB flavouring, chicken EGG white powder, thickener E407, CRAB meat extract, colour: E170, E120, E160c, emulsifier E322.

Never refreeze after thawing. After defrosting shelf life 24 hours, at 4°C. Store at -18°C.
