SEASONING POWDER 9%: seasoning (hydrolyzed vegetable proteins (soy), maltodextrin, yeast extract, salt, wheat flour), salt, spices in varying proportions (maltodextrin, black pepper, red chili, garlic, corn flour), flavor enhancers: E621, E627, E631, sugar, glucose, Shiitake mushrooms.
