The soup base blends red chili heat with savory soy and beef/anchovy-like umami notes (often from hydrolyzed vegetable/animal proteins or mushroom extracts), plus garlic, onion, and green onion aromatics. Texture is medium-thick, with a rich, slightly oily surface that carries the spice.
