Ottogi Mirin Mihyang Cooking Wine — a sweet, light Japanese-style mirin made for cooking. It provides mild sweetness, subtle umami, and a glossy finish that helps glazes and sauces cling to foods. Commonly used to season marinades, teriyaki and stir-fry sauces, braises, and to add shine and depth to grilled or simmered dishes; also used sparingly in sushi rice.

Water, corn syrup, glucose syrup, lemon vinegar, salt, spirits 0.6%, malt extract, yeast extract powder, thiamine dilaurysulfate, flavour enhancer: E635.
