Renuka Coconut Cream is a rich, thick coconut product made from the pressed, concentrated cream of mature coconuts. It delivers a full-bodied, naturally sweet coconut flavor and creamy texture, ideal for cooking and baking where a dense coconut presence is desired.

Typical uses: curries and stews (Thai, South Indian, Caribbean), soups, desserts (puddings, custards, ice creams), smoothies, sauces, and cocktails. It’s also used to enrich vegan and dairy-free recipes as a substitute for heavy cream.

INGREDIENTS:

Coconut extract 80%, water, stabilizer: E466, E407, acidity regulator: E330.

Shake well before use. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
