Soft, pillowy mochi made with taro for a subtly sweet, nutty root‑vegetable flavor and pale lavender‑tinged interior. Chewy, elastic texture typical of mochi with a smooth, slightly sticky surface; filling (if present) may be sweetened taro paste or cream for added richness.

Enjoy as a snack or dessert; serve chilled or at room temperature. Pairs well with green tea, black coffee, or light fruit compotes.
