Nissin Ramen Shrimp Soy Sauce is a convenient instant noodle cup that combines classic Japanese shoyu (soy sauce) broth with a light shrimp flavor. It features wheat noodles in a savory, mildly seasoned soup, complemented by small pieces of dehydrated shrimp and vegetables.

The flavor profile is balanced and slightly umami-rich, with the soy sauce providing depth and saltiness, while the shrimp adds a subtle seafood note rather than an overpowering taste. This makes it approachable for a wide range of consumers.

INGREDIENTS: 

Noodles 85.9% [WHEAT FLOUR, palm oil, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate), acidity regulator (sodium carbonates, citric acid), stabilizer (triphosphates), antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract), sugar, shrimp preparation 1.9% [SHRIMP (CRUSTACEANS), sugar, salt, SESAME OIL], salt, carrot, soy sauce powder 1.1% (SOYBEANS, WHEAT, salt, maltodextrin), maltodextrin, corn, leek, glucose syrup, flavourings (contains WHEAT, SOY, FISH, spices, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, sodium guanylate, disodium inosinate), acidity regulator (citric acid). colouring (ammonia caramel), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

May contain traces of celery, milk, molluscs and mustard. 

Store in a dry place.

PREPARATION: Pull the lid halfway open. Pour boiling water up to the line inside the cup. Close the lid and let stand for 3 minutes. Mix well. It´s ready!
